Rudolph's River Run "4 Miler" & Kids 1k
Run, Jog walk 4miles from the Tanger Outlets to Downtown Riverhead. Adults are welcome to run the 4 miles with a jogging stroller, this is a day for all. We encourage all athletes to please bring a new unwrapped toy for sick and underprivileged children across Long Island to the race. All toys go to the Salvation Army "Riverhead"
Kids get to join in the fun with the Run Run Rudolph 1k. Post-race we have Hot Chocolate and marshmallows to roast over the open fires. Kids from age 1 and up can join in the fun run!

Run 5K in Cedar Creek Park. Adults are welcome to run the 5k with a jogging stroller, this is a day for all. We encourage all athletes to please bring a new unwrapped toy for sick and underprivileged children across Long Island to the race. There are few events on this great island that are as iconic and long-standing as the Jovia Long Island Marathon, which has evolved from a small road race that attracted avid runners more than 40 years ago, to a 3 day-long festival for kids, families and the entire community.
Race 5 miles through the trails in Stillwell Woods Preserve, located in Woodbury, NY. This Race will benefit The MACHO Foundation. Join us and LIVE the MACHO lifestyle by embracing the message encoded in their acronym; MY ACTIONS CAN HELP OTHERS!
The only all-women triathlon on Long Island. The perfect introduction for those new to the sport, as well as the seasoned athlete looking for an early-season tune-up. Featuring a 400m pool swim in the FREEDOM pool at the Nassau County Aquatic Center, a 6-mile bike on CLOSED ROADS and a 2-mile run through beautiful Eisenhower Park.
Enjoy all the beauty this North Fork Triathlon has to offer, as you Swim 500m in the pristine Peconic Bay, ride 25k through local Towns, Villages, and Farmlands. Finish with a 5k run through the local seaside community.

RUNNER'S EDGE MAIN STREET MILE
Run your FASTEST Mile, in the Village of Farmingdale. 18th annual Runner’s Edge Main Street Mile will benefit the Companions in Courage Foundation, which was founded by former New York Islander and Hockey Hall of Famer Pat LaFontaine
The Catholic Health Suffolk County Marathon race will start in Babylon Village, Run East on Montauk Hwy, before running over the Great South Bay towards Captree, Athletes will then run back over the bridges and finish in Gardiner County Park. The race will feature a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k races.
Join us in the stunning Eisenhower Park, and help those in need. We encourage all athletes to bring food donations to the Race Site or pre race checkins. Adults are welcome to run the 5k with a jogging stroller, this is a fun run day for all.
Join us at The South Shore University Hospital Northwell Health "TRI by the BAY" triathlon. Swim 750m in the Great South Bay, ride 11 miles through the Town of Islip. Finish with a 5k run through the local bayside community.
Choose from 5k or 10k race distances. You will run down a pitch dark road, across a small aircraft runway, up and down grass hills, past a bronze memorial of someone special and finishing under the glow of the Dark Strides finisher arch.
